Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • For the Pasta:
  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • Water for boiling
  • ½ tsp salt

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes Optional
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken:

  • Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest. Slice into strips.

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil salted water. Add pasta. Cook for 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and milk. Add Cajun seasoning, pepper, and salt. Stir in Parmesan. Cook until thickened.

Combine Pasta and Sauce:

  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.

Assemble:

  • Plate the pasta. Top with sliced chicken. Add garnish as desired.

Storage Tips

  • Store in a sealed container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
  • Reheat gently with added milk or cream to restore sauce texture.
  • Freeze chicken separately; make sauce and pasta fresh.
