Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 450g of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup 120g of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups 240g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup 60ml of hot sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

  • Step 1: Prepare the chicken filling
  • Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked and tender.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks or chop it into small pieces.
  • Step 2: Prepare the breading station
  • In three separate shallow dishes, set up the breading station:
  • In the first dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • In the second dish, beat the eggs.
  • In the third dish, combine the breadcrumbs and additional paprika for an extra kick.
  • Step 3: Assemble the ravioli
  • Take a ravioli wrapper and place a spoonful of shredded chicken filling in the center.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, sealing the edges to form a triangle-shaped ravioli.
  • Repeat this process until all the chicken filling is used.
  • Step 4: Bread the ravioli
  • Dip each ravioli into the flour mixture, making sure it's fully coated.
  • Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Finally, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
  • Step 5: Fry the ravioli
  • In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
