- 1 cup of reindeer or seal fat melted
- 1 cup of fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 1 cup of snow or crushed ice
- 1 cup of ground optional
- 1/2 cup of sugar or other sweeteners optional
Melt fat in a pot. Remember that seal fat may melt with a little water.
