- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Coconut oil or cooking spray
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
Add a small amount of coconut oil or cooking spray to the skillet.
