I'm pleased to share my Hooters Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce recipe. This garlicky, spicy sauce is a hit. It's great for wings, veggies, and chicken or pork marinades.

- 2 cups Frank's RedHot Original Sauce
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the Frank's RedHot Sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the pan.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
Taste the sauce, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Transfer the sauce to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve the sauce warm or at room temperature.
