I'm pleased to share my Hooters Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce recipe. This garlicky, spicy sauce is a hit. It's great for wings, veggies, and chicken or pork marinades.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frank's RedHot Original Sauce
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the Frank's RedHot Sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the pan.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer, and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Taste the sauce, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Transfer the sauce to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve the sauce warm or at room temperature.
