Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh crab meat
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • Sriracha optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and sesame oil.
  • In a separate bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, green onions, cilantro, and avocado.
  • Add the dressing to the crab mixture and stir until well combined.
  • To assemble the sushi crab salad, take a small amount of cooked sushi rice and shape it into a small bowl or oval.
  • Spoon the crab salad mixture into the center of the sushi rice.
  • Serve immediately, garnishing with additional green onions and cilantro if desired. You can also add a drizzle of sriracha for some extra heat.
