- 8 oz fresh crab meat
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 avocado diced
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- Sriracha optional
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and sesame oil.
In a separate bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, green onions, cilantro, and avocado.
Add the dressing to the crab mixture and stir until well combined.
To assemble the sushi crab salad, take a small amount of cooked sushi rice and shape it into a small bowl or oval.
Spoon the crab salad mixture into the center of the sushi rice.
