  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch square baking pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
