  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; stir until well combined.
  • Stir in the strawberries. Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
