Ingredients for Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare the Chicken

  • Next, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C). Check for doneness to avoid overcooking because chicken breast thickness affects cooking time.
  • Rest the chicken on a cutting board after cooking. Slice the chicken into wrap strips. Chicken Caesar Wraps feature tender, delicious chicken, so cook it slowly!

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce

  • Place a few strips of cooked chicken in the center of the tortilla or flatbread.
  • Drizzle a generous amount of Caesar dressing over the chicken.
  • Arrange a few romaine lettuce leaves on top of the dressing.
  • Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on the lettuce.
  • Roll up the tortilla or flatbread tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to create a neat and compact wrap.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas or flatbreads and ingredients.
