In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and mint. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Form the lamb mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should be able to get about 12 patties out of the mixture.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
While the lamb patties are cooking, make the yogurt-tahini sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and well combined.
To assemble the sliders, place a cooked lamb patty on a slider bun, and top with a spoonful of the yogurt-tahini sauce. You can also add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, or any other toppings you like.
Serve the sliders immediately, while the lamb patties are still hot and juicy.
