Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and mint. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Form the lamb mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should be able to get about 12 patties out of the mixture.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • While the lamb patties are cooking, make the yogurt-tahini sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  • To assemble the sliders, place a cooked lamb patty on a slider bun, and top with a spoonful of the yogurt-tahini sauce. You can also add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, or any other toppings you like.
  • Serve the sliders immediately, while the lamb patties are still hot and juicy.
