- 2 cups of brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the brown rice flour, salt, and olive oil.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and water together.
Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until the dough comes together. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
