- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
Add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to the saucepan and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Add the black pepper and red pepper flakes (if using) to the saucepan and stir again.
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
