Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to the saucepan and stir until the mixture is well combined.
  • Add the black pepper and red pepper flakes (if using) to the saucepan and stir again.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Pour the sauce into a jar or container and serve warm over your favorite steak.
