Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken gizzards
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

Marination:

  • Rinse the chicken gizzards thoroughly, removing any excess fat or membrane.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
  • Add the chicken gizzards to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Cover the bowl and let the gizzards marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Cooking:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated gizzards to the skillet, reserving the marinade.
  • Cook the gizzards until they are golden brown and cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  • Pour the reserved marinade over the gizzards and stir well, allowing the flavors to meld together for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the gizzards to a serving dish.
