  • 6 habanero peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing the habanero peppers, tomatoes, and lime. Remove the stems from the habaneros and chop them into small pieces. Keep the seeds intact if you prefer a spicier sauce.
  • Dice the tomatoes, onion, and garlic cloves.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until they become translucent.
  • Add the habanero peppers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
  • Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender or food processor, adding vinegar, lime juice, and salt to taste.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
