Add in the milk and mix until smooth.
If desired, add a few drops of red or pink food coloring to give the cake a pink tint.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle with currants or raisins to create the "Eat Me" design.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
