Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 - teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 - teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 - cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - cup vegetable oil
  • 1 - cup milk
  • 1 - tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 12 - parisian cookies or any other type of cookie

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, oil and milk until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle each parisian cookie with some of the sugar mixture before bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
