- 500 g bone-in chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons Aachi Chicken Curry Masala powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes pureed
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Marinating the Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, Aachi Chicken Curry Masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt.
