Ingredients
  

  • 500 g bone-in chicken pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Aachi Chicken Curry Masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes pureed
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinating the Chicken:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, Aachi Chicken Curry Masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for best results, refrigerate overnight.

Cooking the Chicken Curry:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the red chili powder and stir well.
  • Carefully add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan, stirring occasionally to ensure they are coated with the flavorsome masala.
  • Cover the pan and let the chicken simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, tender, and infused with the aromatic spices.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
